Detached rural holiday house with private swimming pool in the hinterland of the Costa del Sol. The 400 m2 of enclosed private grounds offer perfect privacy. There are only a few other homes spread across the surrounding area. A variety of terraces provide both sun and shade, as desired. The apartment is comfortably furnished and the pleasant garden is equipped with a barbecue for grilling. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

The house looks out onto a hilly landscape filled with olive trees, and beyond to the mountains of the Sierra de las Nieves nature preserve in the distance. There are many options for hiking nearby. The house is centrally located between nature preserves and cities. The Sierra de las Nieves nature preserve is a 20-minute drive away, the Sierra de Grazelama nature preserve a 40-minute drive. The lively village of Arriate is also just a few minutes away and has some good tapas bars. Just 5 km away, the renowned town of Ronda is less than a 10-minute drive and has many sightseeing opportunities. The city of Malaga and its airport are 1.5 hours away (100 km). Seville is 130 km away and Granada, with its famous Alhambra, is 180 km away.
