Casa Loma is an attractive Spanish villa with two floors. It lies in a quiet area on the west coast of the island. The villa is set against a hill amidst beautiful scenery. There is a splendid view of the valley with the sea in the background. There is a partly covered terrace at the front of the house with a wooden dining table, brick-built barbecue and fine potted plants. The swimming pool is a few steps away on the sunbathing terrace. This terrace also has delightful views.

The villa is around 10 minutes by car from San José and around 25 minutes from Ibiza Town. The beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Tarida and Cala Conta, with their attractive pavement cafes and restaurants, are only a few minutes away by car.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, cooker with oven and microwave.
The washing machine is in a separate area. The living room has a dining area with an attractively furnished seating area on a lower level. The large sliding door opens onto the terrace. There is one twin bedroom, with a small bathroom, on the ground floor. The double bedroom, with large bathroom, is on the first floor.
