Very pleasant Provençal farmhouse equipped with reversible air conditioning on a wooded plot of 5000 m2, calm and quiet on the edge of the village. Ideally located in the heart of Provence, near the most beautiful sites in the Luberon: Gordes (23 km), Roussillon (15 km), Colorado Provençal - Rustrel (8 km), Isle sur la Sorgue (36 km), Mont Ventoux (52 km), ...

Surface 220 m2 with its 3 levels (ground floor, garden level and first floor) the house offers a rental capacity of up to 12 people plus 2 babies with its 5 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed 160x200, 2 with a bed 140x190 double bed and a cot, 1 with a 140x190 double bed and 2 bunk beds for children, and 1 with two 90x190 twin beds.
Ground floor and garden level each have a separate bathroom and toilet, the first floor a shower room with toilet.

A large living room of 40 m2 opens onto a covered terrace of 30 m2 equipped with a barbecue ideal for taking meals in the summer while contemplating the magnificent landscape of the Luberon. On the first floor a mezzanine also offers a quiet space to watch television on a large screen or for reading.

The 5 x 10 m swimming pool with pool house is private and secure and has a pergola, deck chairs and parasols for the whole family. A playground is available for children. A space under the pines ensures a most pleasant siesta.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday in July August (7 nights min). From April to June and September to October depending on the length of stay (3 nights min). The rental price includes sheets and towels. End of stay cleaning 150 € is extra as well as the tourist tax.

Smokers are welcome but only on the terrace. No animals in the house.
