This authentic Eifel house is from the inside completely modernized and has a very modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms and a cozy dining room with fireplace.
The owner himself is a painter and he tastefully decorated the home with some works from his hand. Behind the house is a spacious garden, from where you have direct access to a well know walking trail.

The quiet town of Birgel is centrally located in the Volcanic Eifel and is an excellent starting point for many hiking and biking trails in the area.
Tourist towns as Gerolstein (known for the mineral water) and Hillesheim are nearby. But also the famous Nürburgring circuit is just 30 minutes away.
