Finca Benirras is a traditional finca. It nestles amidst rolling hills and enjoys good views of the village of San Miguel. The finca has been renovated, modernised and extended in recent years. The salt water swimming pool occupies an area of 500 m2 and enjoys delightful sea views and beautiful sunsets. The grounds cover 85,000 m2. Old brick terrace walls reach to the top of the nearby mountain from where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views. The finca is in a very quiet area and enjoys great privacy. The village is within walking distance and has supermarkets, shops, a post office and banks. A regular bus service goes to Ibiza Town from the village. Both Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia, Ibiza's third largest town, are 20 minutes away by car. You can reach the popular beach of Benirras in around 5 minutes by car.

Finca Benirras's living area is 500 m2. It is a real family house with child-friendly gardens and a swimming pool area. The dining area and swimming pool area are equipped for 12 to 18 people. The finca has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. There is a fifth bathroom by the swimming pool. There are two living rooms, a TV room with satellite TV and a large sofa bed and wi-fi. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a number of indoor and outdoor dining tables, numerous covered terraces and a separate laundry room. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a well-kept lawn.

The water supply comes from a source in the finca's own woodland. The 500 m2 swimming pool area has a traditional summerhouse, an outdoor kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The large saltwater swimming pool has a waterfall which flows into the small children's pool, the 'infinity' pool and the jacuzzi. The swimming pool area enjoys beautiful sea views and delightful sunsets. Finca Benirras is the ultimate Ibiza experience.

The master bedroom has a king size double bed and a walk-in wardrobe. It has a spacious bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower for two people. The bedroom enjoys access to the patio. The children's bedroom has two single beds, a third bed is optional, and has direct access to the master bedroom's bathroom. The third bedroom has an XL (210 cm) double bed and a bathroom with toilet, shower and large bath. There is also a studio with its own outside entrance. This has a small kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower. The guest accommodation is a few metres from the main house. It has a small living room with a small kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with wash basin, shower and toilet. All bedrooms have fans and direct access to the private terraces.
