Semi-detached rural property located in PRUNEDA, in the municipality of Nava, (Sidra region), Asturias. An old farmhouse dating back to the second half of the XVII century; composed of a main house, stable and an Asturian barn, which retains its original structure and traditional features. The house is situated in the centre of the Asturias region, between Oviedo and the Picos de Europa, and allows easy access to the coast to visit the fishing villages and Asturian beaches. Furthermore, you will benefit from silence and natural surroundings, while sampling the food and wine of the Sidra region. Many marked walking trails are at hand to help you discover the areas beauty.
