The resort of Hornberg is located in the wonderful Kinzigtal in the midst of the Black Forest, surrounded by forests, mountains and meadows. The village is located 40 km to the northwest of Freiburg and 30 km to the south of Freudenstadt.

The farm is in an idyllic wonderfully broad high valley and away from traffic. Barn and field work, being around the animals and riding on the tractor are unforgettable experiences, especially for kids. The large trampoline, ponds for sailing boats, swimming and fishing and much more assure plenty of fun.

The beautiful Black Forest offers many cycling and walking trails as well as excursion destinations. Nordit tracks and ski lifts are not far away. Swimming pools, climbing parks and waterfall in Triberg, open air museum in Gutach with summer alpine slide and mines are all nearby. Nice excursion destinations include: Strasbourg, Freiburg, Lake Constance (about one hour), Mummelsee and Titisee. Rust leisure park (about 1.5 hours).
You will also receive the Konus Card, with which you can use all busses and trains throughout the Black Forest.
