The holiday house is situated in the middle of the Thuringian Forest Nature Park, in the officially recognised resort town of Steinbach-Hallenberg, which is in the Haseltal holiday region. The quiet setting at the edge of the forest lets you really escape from the daily grind.

The large garden area offers lots of room to relax, play and romp about. And winter sport enthusiasts will really be in their element here, about 600 metres above sea level. The holiday house makes an ideal base for many different hikes and excursions into the surrounding area, with destinations such as Oberhof, Schmalkalden, Eisenach, Zella-Mehlis, Suhl, Meinigen, Gotha, Erfurt and many more. You can park your car directly on the property.

The town has plenty of shopping options and restaurants where you can sample our renowned Thuringian cuisine. The large tile stove and fireplace provide a cosy ambience.
