This unique holiday residence is located on a cliff over the City of Viechtach, a spa town in the midst of a green valley in the heart of the Bavarian Forest.

You have exclusive furnishing s over 97 square metres of living space . The sleeping area, with panoramic window, offers a fantastic view of the city of Viechtach. An additional experience is the detached-floating shower in the living area. On the first floor, a whirlpool awaits you, with anatomically formed relaxation lounge. In the in-house wellness area you can enjoy the fully equipped sauna. The entire interior furnishing of the holiday residence consists of the most noble of materials, which have been finished by the most skilled local artisans.

But even outside of the holiday residence, the Bavarian Forest offers an attactive range of leisure activities: Hiking, mountain biking, Nordic walking, climging, canoeing, adventure-rafting, and much more. But even in winter, the region around Viechtach has alot to offer: multiple ski areas in 30 km perimeter (such as the Arber), Nordic skiing tracks, skating, sledding and snowshoeing are only a few examples. Favorite excursion destinations: Churpfalz Park (26km), Bayern Park (85km), Westernstadt PullmanCity (65km), Große Arber Bergbahn (30km), and the Three River City of Passau (84km).
