Welcome to the village of Stormbruch by Lake Diemelsee. You'll find 'Haus zum Diemelsee' here. The house is in a former restaurant. This is visible in the original wooden bar, the rather low, attractive half-timbered bedrooms and the well equipped kitchen. The recreation area next to the bar has comfortable seats and a plasma TV screen.
Lake Diemelsee is within walking distance. It is surrounded by the low mountains of the Sauerland region. The area has extensive woods, sparkling brooks, lush green meadows and picturesque villages. You can enjoy swimming, walking and cycling in the area. The towns of Winterberg and Willingen are 40 and 15 kilometres away respectively. Both towns are recommended for skiers in winter.
