Le Vieux Château

Le Vieux Château is a 17th century manor house in the Nivernais region of Burgundy. Renovated with simplicity, it retains its former charm, in particular thanks to the superb fireplace that takes pride of place in the lounge. Inside, beams and timber-framing decorate the rooms, while outside, a 3000m2 garden, an orchard and an enclosed courtyard offer space and a country environment. Able to accommodate 10 people, Le Vieux Château has modern, quality equipment in sufficient quantity: 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a 50m2 lounge, a 40m2 dining room, ... Set just apart from the village of Moussy, it is 11 km from Prémery where you will find a supermarket, butchers, bakers and restaurants. Not far from Morvan, one of Frances most beautiful Natural Parks, you will be able to relax by the lakes, enjoy the delicious local food, and wander along the numerous footpaths, exploring the regions culture and countryside.
