Описание
The one-hectare park has an exit on the coastal path. The view from all rooms is panoramic on the ocean and the islands. My home is a family home and your stay is built on trust.
I specify that the house includes: On the ground floor, a living room (office, living room with sofa bed for two people, sofa bed, dining room), another independent living room can be used as a morning dining room because it has a kitchenette, and a sofa for 1 person. A closed kitchen overlooks the dining room, a barbecue in the hut at the end of the park. A bedroom (double bed of 160 cm), a bathroom (shower) including a toilet, another guest toilet, a linen room, a garage. If you make a chimney fire, remember to check that the chimney hatch is open so that the smoke escapes. Logs and kindling are available in the park (20 euros).
The 1st floor comprises three independent apartments, each comprising: a bedroom with a double bed (2 people of 160 cm) and a bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, shower (WC).
The 2nd floor contains 1 toilet + sink and 4 single beds. It is a converted attic and is only suitable for teenagers between 8 and 14 years old.
Two garden furniture including 24 white plastic seats and deck chairs are in the cabin at the bottom of the garden.

Политика использования
This first check for 900 euros will block your reservation. The balance of 900 euros will be paid before June 25 by check. In addition, to guarantee the good condition of the house when you leave, another check for 400 euros will be sent to my Paris address; it will not be cashed and will be returned to you at the end of the stay minus the cost of repairing any damage.
The guardian will be waiting for you to give you the keys. You must notify her in advance of the time of your arrival: Mrs Frédérique 06 67 18 79 17. She takes care of the inventory. She also manages the cleaning and the services you want and on your own account: linen rental (bedding and toiletries: 20 euros per person. These supplements must be paid directly by you to herself.
But, the lessor (myself) is not responsible for the goods and equipment left in deposit inside the property, it can be prudent to close the house when you leave it.

PS At the start, garbage bags and empty bottles must be deposited in the containers which are 300 m on the road going to the village. The furniture must be put back in its place, the empty bottles removed, the dishes done and put away, and the cleaning entrusted to Frédérique.
