Enjoy spending your holidays in an area in the Ardèche called Mas Bel Air. Located between the mountains and nature, this unique cottage has very specific characteristics. It has been completely renovated and fitted out in an old farmhouse. Le Violette cottage is air-conditioned and fully equipped so that your stay can go as smoothly as possible with all the comfort you will need.

All access to the cottage is private. You can park your vehicle in a dedicated parking space. The enclosure is closed by an electric gate which guarantees its safety. Access to the gîte will be via this entrance.

This 60m2 single storey gite opens onto a 45m² terrace where you can have lunch. A barbecue is at your disposal. This unique cottage has 2 bedrooms, both perfectly equipped with two 80 cm x 200 cm beds, storage cupboards, sheets and duvets and an office space as well as a convertible sofa on the living room side. The capacity of this cottage is 4 to 6 people.

A bathroom is at your disposal, it has a shower cabin, a sink and a washing machine. The toilets are independent.

The living room is composed of a television, a sofa bed for 2 people as well as a fully equipped kitchen, composed in particular of all its following elements: Traditional oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezing part, induction hob, electric coffee maker , Nespresso coffee machine, Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher, Complete crockery, Raclette grill (on request)
