Located along the river, this holiday house offers a wooden environment and easy access to the touristic area of the Ardennes.
On the one side, this detached cottage faces a street (not a very frequented one), this is also where you can park your car. On the other side, it boasts a private garden with the river beneath, a terrasse and a balcony. The place is quiet, there is only one other house on the other side of the river.

The E42 highway exit is at 800 meters and allows you to easily reach the house as well as to get to Malmedy, Stavelot, the F1 circuit or the Eifel in Germany.

The house has been tastefully restored, with plenty of comfortable, neat rooms. Certain elements such as the stone walls, some old restored furniture, original parquet floors or the wooden staircase bring a real touch of authenticity, which perfectly fits with holidays in the Ardennes!
During spring and summer time, the terrace and the garden will be good places to relax while in the winter, the living room and its fireplace will be a gathering point for the whole family.
Guests with young children must keep in mind that the river flows down the garden and that no barrier blocks the access to it.
