Villa Otium is a perfect place for holidays with the family, group or for organisations who may seek the luxury of a hotel, but with a more personal, intimate and homely feel. The manager has his own independant and strictly separated appartment in one of the buildings. You can count on him for your questions and more information but you will have your liberty and privacy.

The villa is located in a very quiet street at the edge af a very large forest on a hill with kilometers of clear view. Because the villa is located in the beautiful Lamormenil (Manhay) nature reserve, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, it offers, in the immediate vicinity, many options for sports (including skiing an Nordic skiing), walking, culture, relaxation and gastronomy.
