The Gîte is at your disposal all year round. It is located on the 1st floor of our main house with its small garden No. 101 and accommodates 2 people. Covering an area of ​​24 m2, it includes:

A kitchen area, a living area, a bathroom equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin. In the living room: A beautiful comfortable sofa bed, a television, WIFI access, individual electric heating;

In the kitchen: a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a fridge with freezer, an electric cooker, an iron and a complete set of pans, saucepans, plates, glasses and cutlery...

It has a pleasant little garden of more than 50m2 with a semi-shaded private terrace, garden table and chairs, two deckchairs and a parasol.

We also have 2 other gites located on the 3rd floor of the house. No. 301 can accommodate 2 people with 2 single beds and No. 302 can accommodate 4 people with 4 single beds. They are all equipped with a kitchen area, bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink.

Guest accommodations at this apartment offer coffee/tea makers and hair dryers. Rooms open to balconies.

A fridge, hob, microwave and cookware, crockery and utensils are part of the kitchen/kitchenette equipment.

The leisure activities listed below are accessible directly on site or nearby. These activities may be subject to additional fees.

Small village bordering the Mercantour National Park is 800m above sea level. Its privileged location will offer you an exceptional fauna and flora.

In a superb and typical setting of a small village in the hinterland, 45 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea (Menton, Monaco, Nice, Ventimiglia) the villa "le beau site" overlooks the village and welcomes you in a very beautiful gite in a mansion (3 levels of 16 steps), functional and very pleasant.

The villa is 50m from the 1st category river "BÉVÉRA" which with its limpid and rich waters will offer great moments to fario trout fishing enthusiasts.

Many hikes starting from MOULINET are within reach of all levels. (See also GR 52A) Very pleasant walks will make you discover the Col de Turini famous for its Monte-Carlo rally, the Camp d'Argent, the Authion massif, the Gordolasque valley and if you still have time the splendid Vallée des Merveilles.

You can also choose to discover the village with its regional products (delicious goat and sheep cheese, honey, etc.) or taste the specialties in the various restaurants.

Petanque enthusiasts can practice or simply watch the players on the village square in the shade of the plane trees. The more athletic can have access to the tennis court or football pitch in the village. Corn…
