Isolated from the rest of the property, this house of more than 250 m² has a heated and secure swimming pool of 10 m by 5 m and a terrace with garden furniture facing south.
In the left wing of the house, a kitchen of some 30 m², fully equipped, with plenty of storage, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 fridges and a dining table for 16 people offer all the necessary comfort.
In the spacious living room with exposed stone walls repointed in the old fashioned way, an imposing period fireplace and comfortable sofas can accommodate ten people.
A skeleton staircase leads to the first floor and distributes, from a landing, 2 large bedrooms with beautiful 17th century framework, solid parquet flooring, and 1 bathroom with bath and washbasin. Each room has 1 double bed of 180cm
In the right wing of the house, you will find a bathroom with shower, bath on podium, double washbasin and toilet. A second separate toilet as well as a storage room adjoins it.
In the extension of the bathroom, you benefit from a second living room with TV corner and a large bedroom with 3 bunk beds (for 6 children for example). The second living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people.
From the living room, integrated into a semi-circular shaped wall, a winding staircase leads to a mezzanine with 2 single beds as well as 1 bedroom with exposed beams and a double bed (180 cm). Solid parquet flooring on the entire floor.
A washing machine and dryer are also available. Note that the cooper's house can be rented with the sabotier's house located a few tens of meters away to form a set that can accommodate 20 people.
