This holiday house is located 100 meters from the river Ticino, in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. Nearby there is a bike path that runs along the river Ticino, with areas for picnics and where you can closely observe the wonderful wildlife (natural park).

In the area there are numerous shopping centers, 3 hospitals (Arona, Angera and Borgomanero), all within 15 minutes max.
The railway station is 5 minutes (Sesto Calende) and is connected with the major capitals of the North (Sesto Calende - Milan max 45 minutes).
The highways are within 10 minutes.

The main local street markets are held in Sesto Calende (5 minutes) on Wednesday, in Arona (10 minutes) on Tuesday and Borgomanero (15 minutes) on Friday.

A short distance from Castelletto are the Lake of Varese (about 30 minutes), Lake Comabbio (about 15 minutes) and Lake Monate (about 15 minutes) to reach by car or by a splendid walk path that runs the circumference of the three lakes with a beautiful view of the mountains (approximately 70 km of track). On the lakes there are many beaches (with charge) and free beaches. (About 10 minutes).
A holiday on Lake also allows you to visit beautiful cities such as Milan, Como, Stresa, Lugano etc. all reachable in an hour.
