On the heights of Nice on a property of 2500 meters among olive trees and market gardening, the villa DOLCE VITA will welcome you with its large swimming pool surrounded by an exotic garden for a day from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. For 30 people tables, chairs, plancha in the garden around the swimming pool.
It offers you top-of-the-range services: marble on the floor, large aluminum windows, large swimming pool with waterfall, furniture and doors from collections... 1 living room with American-style kitchen of more than 50m2 (semi-professional cooker) view on the swimming pool, 3 bedrooms including a suite with views of the hills and the garden, and 2 bathrooms.
The swimming pool and the villa are protected by large cypress hedges. The villa is modular, it consists of 3 bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed that can sleep 8 people 2 bathrooms / 2 toilets.
The design of the villa allows for a family event tables, chairs for 30 people (according to regulations of the health authorities)
