Access to a private garden and its relaxation areas: a swimming pool and its beach, hammocks, deckchairs, outdoor lounge, heated swimming pool, use of external heating for front and back terrace, outdoor shower with water hot-cold water, free wifi, large format flat screen in the living room, gas piano stove (gas supplied), use of a barbecue or a gas plancha, air conditioning and heating, electric curtains, place of enclosed parking for two vehicles, electric and automatic gate, private access, safe, children's bed, a high chair and a stroller on request (subject to availability), games for children on request, board games on request.
Services from our service providers: babysitting, massage and SPA treatments on request, catering delivery service and possibility of cooking on site, fish platter delivery service, sea trips and boat rental, walking tours with the possibility of a guide, bicycle and scooter rental, tourist tax included.

- outside the period from 06.07 to 30.08.2019: 5 nights minimum with flexible rate per night. Prices based on 7 beds: 3 bedrooms (160, 2 x 90, 3 x 90). The 90 beds can be twinned (King 180 bed).

Policies
For each reservation, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the rental price will be paid.
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival using the payment method of your convenience.

Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation 30 days before your arrival for reasons relating to the health crisis, you will be offered a credit or a refund according to your convenience on the entire price of the stay.
However, we advise our customers to take out cancellation insurance.
Accommodation and departure
From Saturday to Saturday from 16.07 to 26.08 for a minimum stay of 7 nights
and flexible stays outside the period from 07.16 to 08.26.
Arrival between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m.
Departure between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Luggage drop-off service before your installation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €1000 will be payable upon arrival. The amount will not be cashed and can be paid by check, bank imprint or cash deposit.
YOUR SAFETY
We assure you of the maintenance and disinfection conditions of our villas, in accordance with WHO recommendations.
You will not have any contacts or common places to share with the tenants of the other villas in the Marincelu estate.
