Description

This impressive Jugendstil villa from 1895 lies at 600 metre height in the village of Buntenbock (approx. 3 km from Clausthal-Zellerfeld) and is quietly located at the edge of the woods. The villa was lovingly renovated and has four apartments. This comfortably decorated apartment (approx. 95 m) is on the first floor and has a large roofterrace (35m2) with a sitting area. You can use the common garden; there is a playground for children.

The villa is surrounded by idyllic woods, where you can enjoy a walk or bike ride. At 800 metres you can find a swimming and fishing lake, there are eleven other lakes within 5 km. The beautiful town of Goslar with its various sights is 25 km away and there is a lovely swimming pool in Osterode. In the winter you can go cross-country skiing, skiing and take beautiful winter walks.
