The residence is nicely furnished, has a marble floor and classic details. There is a private garden and roof terrace with a lounge set where you can relax and enjoy your privacy.

The resort has an 18 hole golf course which was designed by famous golfer Jack Nicklaus. The resort offers various facilities for a relaxing holiday, such as a supermarket, various restaurants, an Irish Pub/piano bar, an ice cream parlour, a spa and beauty centre, a fitness centre and playgrounds for the children. In addition, there are various communal swimming pools, only accessible to guests of the resort. The closest swimming pool is about a 2 minute walk from the holiday residence. There is also a tennis court for you to use for a fee.

The town centre and clubhouse are a few minutes walk away, the "heart of the resort. In the high season a free bus runs to three other golf resorts of Polaris World where you can use the facilities and the golf courses.

The closest beach is 15 minutes away in the car. The sandy beach of the beach town of La Manga is only 30 minutes away in the car. The surroundings offer many options for excursions to, for example, the provincial capital of Murcia (about 40 minutes drive) with its lively centre with various shops and entertainment options.

Golf lovers can play to their hearts content on the many golf courses in the area.
