This single storey villa will offer you all the necessary comfort with its ideal location for an excellent relaxing stay for the whole family. Within the seaside village, you will benefit from all the conveniences and nautical activities without using the car.
A 500 m walk away is the beautiful beach of St Cyprien with its rows of pines and its long beach of fine sand and turquoise water. At the end of the corridor, a bedroom with a 140 bed, a second with two 90 beds.
A cot can be placed in the room on request. A bathroom with vanity unit, shower and WC. A large living room with 2 sofa beds, orange TV box, reversible air conditioning.
Outside a tiled terrace with a large dining table, an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and gas griddle, an outdoor shower, a large garden with a 6-person Jacuzzi where you can relax in peace before accessing the the beach on foot or stroll in the evening to the night market of the seaside village.

What is the arrival and departure time?
Checkin (arrival in the accommodation) is possible from 5 p.m. and checkout (departure from the accommodation) must be done no later than 9:30 a.m.
However, we can arrange to change the checkin/checkout times if necessary.
How do we get the keys?
Entrance and departure are autonomous with a key box system. A code will be sent to you when the deposit is paid.
I am available 24 hours a day if you need more information.
Do we have to pay a deposit?
A deposit of 30% is required upon booking. It will be returned to you if you cancel within 60 days of your arrival.
Is there a deposit to be paid?
A bond bond will be sent to you 48 hours before your arrival. (Bank imprint not cashed). The deposit will be returned to you within 48 hours after your departure, if no damage is found.
How do you find accommodation?
GPS coordinates with photos of the accommodation will be sent to you 7 days before your arrival, by sms. Please be sure to provide a valid phone number. Thank you.
Are bed linen and bath towels provided?
Yes, bed linen and bath towels are always provided.
Are there beach towels provided?
Beach towels can be rented during your stay. You can make the request after your reservation in the Welcome form.
Is it possible to smoke in the apartments?
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
